Hi, I’m Tegan Campia, MA, ACC.
My journey into grief coaching started with my own struggles—years of depression and a profound loss that left me questioning everything.
I tried all the traditional ways to cope, but it wasn’t until I began to understand who I was in relationship to my grief that I could begin living an authentic life that honored both myself and my loved one.
With an MA in ecopsychology and a master’s thesis exploring the connection between grief and wildness, I bring a unique perspective to our work together.
I understand how our culture often fails grievers and how transformative it can be to embrace grief as a part of life, not something to overcome.
My role is to be a calm, steady presence—someone who truly sees and understands you in your deepest pain.
I’m not afraid of the hard questions because they often open the door to clarity and healing.
We’ll explore the weight of your loss, the emotions that feel impossible to hold alone, and how to move forward—not to “fix” grief but to live in a way that honors both you and your loved one.
You’re not crazy for feeling this deeply. Grief is a testament to the love and connection you carry, and I’ll help you navigate it with compassion and care.
