When it all just feels too heavy to carry …

Grief shows up in so many ways.

Maybe you’ve lost someone you love, and the world feels upside down.

Or perhaps you’re carrying the pain of ecological destruction and climate anxiety like a quiet, constant ache in your chest.

Then there are the life transitions that leave you feeling unmoored, grieving what you’re leaving behind even as you try to move ahead.

When things start to shift …

You find yourself smiling at a memory instead of crying.

Your days feel more intentional, and instead of pushing through, you’re actually present—whether it’s in your relationships, your work, or just noticing a birdsong outside the window.

There’s space for grief, but also for joy, growth, and clarity about how to move forward.

Grief isn’t a problem to solve.

And moving forward doesn’t mean leaving your loss behind.

With an MA in ecopsychology, background in renewable energy, and the lived experience of loss, I bring a grounded, nature-inspired approach that blends structure with compassion.

Together, we’ll honor the weight of what you’re carrying while carving out a way forward that feels meaningful and true to you.

Tegan’s Specialties

  • Personal Loss

Losing someone you love changes everything. We’ll navigate the weight of your loss and help you find steadiness, clarity, and a way through.

  • Ecological Grief & Climate Anxiety

Whether you’re an activist, scientist, or someone who just cares, I’ll help you process what you’re feeling so you can keep showing up for what matters.

  • Life Transitions

Big changes can feel like leaving behind a piece of yourself. We’ll honor what you’re letting go of and build a path toward what’s next.

What healing looks like:

→ Instead of being overwhelmed by emotions, you start to feel steady, like you can take a deep breath and actually feel it.

→ You find moments of joy in your relationships, in nature, or even in your daily routine—without the guilt or heaviness you once carried.

→ Grief doesn’t vanish, but it becomes a part of you in a way that feels manageable and even meaningful.

→ The fog lifts, and you feel clearer about your next steps—whether it’s in your relationships, career, or personal growth.

→ You stop feeling drained all the time and start to notice energy returning for the things and people that matter most.

→ You begin to see how loss or change has shaped you, and you feel ready to live in a way that aligns with what you value.

Meet the Coach

I’m Tegan Campia, MA, ACC, and I believe grief isn’t something to “fix”—it’s something to navigate, feel, and carry in a way that allows life to move forward.

Beyond my work as a grief coach, I’m a dog mom, outdoors enthusiast, and someone who’s not afraid of big feelings (mine or yours). I call Taos, New Mexico home but am able to provide virtual coaching throughout the U.S.

My MA in ecopsychology and lived experience with grief have shaped my approach: compassionate, grounded, and deeply curious about the connections between our emotions, our stories, and the world around us.

Let’s get started.
